Crispy Dill Pickle Dip for Game Day Delights

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup finely diced dill pickles
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (reserve some for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives (plus extra for garnish)
  • Lemon Pepper seasoning
  • Thick-cut potato chips or pretzels

Topping:

  • ¾ cup Panko breadcrumbs (reserve some for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon unsalted butter, melted

Directions:

  1. Toast the Panko: In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add Panko breadcrumbs and toss until evenly coated in butter. Cook until golden and toasted. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the Dip: In a medium bowl, combine whipped cream cheese, sour cream, diced dill pickles, Ranch seasoning, onion powder, lemon juice, grated garlic, fresh dill, and chopped chives. Mix thoroughly.
