Smoked Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded smoked chicken
  • 1 package (8 oz) softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your smoker to 350 degrees. The choice of wood or pellets is flexible as the dish won’t be in the smoker for an extended period. Hickory was chosen for enhanced flavor in this instance.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, Buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a disposable steam pan or any oven-safe pan suitable for use in the smoker. Opt for a shallow pan to maximize smoke coverage.
  4. Place the pan in the smoker and smoke the dip for 20 minutes. Optionally, add the shredded cheese and garnish on top before the smoking process finishes.
  5. Serve the Smoked Buffalo Chicken Dip with tortilla or thick-cut chips for a robust and flavorful snacking experience. Be ready for a satisfyingly hearty bite!
