Candied bacon crackers recipe

Ingredients:

  • Club crackers
  • Cream cheese
  • Bacon strips
  • Brown Sugar
  • Jalapenos (sliced)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your smoker to a low temperature (around 225°F or 107°C).
  2. Lay out the club crackers on a smoker-friendly tray or rack.

3. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each cracker.

4. Cut the bacon strips into small pieces and place them on top of the cream cheese.

5. Add a slice of jalapeno on each cracker.

6. Place the tray or rack in the smoker and smoke for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the bacon is cooked to your liking.

7. Remove from the smoker and let them cool slightly before serving.\
