Ingredients:
1 unbaked pie crust 1½ cups sugar 3 tablespoons flour 3 large eggs 1 cup buttermilk ½ cup melted butter 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, combine sugar and flour. Add eggs, buttermilk, butter, lemon juice, and vanilla; whisk until smooth. Pour into pie crust. Sprinkle with a pinch of nutmeg if using. Bake for 45–50 minutes, until lightly golden and set. Cool completely before serving.
