If you’re looking to impress your guests, you need to check out these Buffalo Chicken Shotgun Shells. “Shotgun shells” are all over the internet for a reason—they are super delicious and a fun family activity to prepare!

Servings 3-4 people
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup of you favorite Hot Sauce
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 lb shredded chicken
- 1/2 block cream cheese
- Thin-cut bacon
- Manicotti shells
- Creole-Style Ranch Dressing (for dipping)
- Green onions for topping
Directions:
- In a skillet over medium heat, combine hot sauce, butter, Worcestershire sauce, white vinegar, and garlic powder. Stir to combine, bring to a simmer, and then remove from heat.
- Mix shredded chicken with cream cheese and about 3/4 of the hot sauce (reserve some for later). Stir until well combined.
- Stuff the manicotti shells with the buffalo chicken mixture.
- Wrap each shell with a slice of thin-cut bacon.
- Grill or bake the shells at 300°F until the bacon is thoroughly cooked.
- Brush each shell with the remaining hot sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Top with diced green onions and serve with Tony Chachere’s Creole-Style Ranch Dressing for dipping. Enjoy!
